Foryou Medical has built 180 ㎡ of Class 10,000 and 3000 ㎡ of Class 100,000 clean workshops to undertake the implementation of R&D achievements. At present, more than ten automatic production lines have been built, and we had overcome the technical difficulties of automatic lamination of multi-layer flexible materials. The average daily output of Advances Wound Care Dressings reaches 200000 pieces. A number of technical engineers and equipment engineers are set up at the production site to effectively ensure the orderly implementation of production tasks and the timely delivery of orders.

Up to now, Foryou Medical has obtained many quality system certificates, including ISO 13485, ISO 9001, MDSAP and KGMP. With our regulatory team efforts, Foryou Medical also obtained the first EU CE MDR certificate for the star product Silicone Foam Dressing. This is also the first MDR certificate for Class Ⅱb Non-active non-implantable devices issued by the German Notified Body TÜV SÜD (NB 0123) to China’s Advances Wound Care Dressing industry.
