Gelling Fiber Dressing

Perfect balance between absorbency and wet strength.

LUOFUCON® Gelling Fiber Dressing is different from other fiber dressing. It has a perfect balance between absorbency and wet strength. After absorbing the exudate, the dressing rapidly swells to form a transparent gel, preventing leakage and maceration, and maintaining the optimal moist healing environment. High wet strength enables dressing to be removed in one piece, and ensures that the nursing staff can adjust the dressing position whenever necessary. It is also flexible to fill cavity wounds, with easy application and removal.

Effective Exudate Management

High absorption, can absorb exudates even under the pressure of secondary dressing.

Excellent retention capacity, locks in fluid and harmful bacteria, prevent the risk of cross contamination on removal. Minimal lateral wicking, protect peri-wound skin from maceration.

Anti-Shrinkage

Sufficiently flexible to stay on wounds to provide cushioning effect against mechanical forces and a moist wound environment.

One Piece

High wet strength and structural integrity, not easy to break in use and can keep one piece at dressing change.

Self developed needle spinning technology, mature and controllable. First application of this technology to enhanced vertical and horizontal tensile strength & anti-shrinkage.

Gel

After the fiber absorbs exudates, it rapid gel, and the gel is highly transparent, low risk of fiber shedding and dressing residue, maintains an optimal moist wound healing environment.

Indications
