LUOFUCON® Composite Dressing is a self-adhesive, soft, and comfortable absorbent dressing designed to provide comprehensive wound protection and exudate management. Composed of multiple functional layers—PU film, non-woven material, absorbent pad, acrylic adhesive, and silicone gel—it creates an optimal environment for wound healing by protecting against external contaminants, rapidly absorbing exudate, and maintaining a moist healing condition.

Product Structure & Types

1. Silicone Type (Silicone / Silicone, Non-woven)

• Polyurethane Backing Layer: Waterproof and breathable, prevents the entry of external substances.
• Liquid Suction Layer: Absorbent pad or absorbent pad with SAF (super absorbent fiber) to absorb and lock exudate, reducing the risk of maceration.
• Adhesive Layer: Open-windowed silicone or non-woven design provides gentle adhesion, supports non-traumatic removal, and minimizes pain during dressing change.

2. Acrylic Type (Acrylic, Non-woven)

• Polyurethane Backing Layer: Waterproof and breathable, ensuring wound protection.
• Acrylic Adhesive Layer: Hypoallergenic adhesive offers stable and secure fixation, making it suitable for sensitive skin.
• Liquid Suction Layer: Absorbent pad or absorbent pad with SAF for effective exudate absorption and retention, preventing maceration.
